By accessing and using MeadowTrails' lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

MeadowTrails provides AI-powered lead generation and social network advertising services. Our platform identifies, engages, and converts potential customers through various advertising channels at competitive rates ranging from $40-$60 per qualified lead response.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads that respond to your campaigns:

• Starter Plan: $60 per lead (up to 50 leads/month)
• Professional Plan: $50 per lead (up to 200 leads/month)
• Enterprise Plan: $40 per lead (unlimited)

Payment is due upon receipt of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a potential customer who:

• Responds to your campaign within 30 days
• Meets your specified target criteria
• Provides valid contact information
• Expresses genuine interest in your product or service

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MeadowTrails platform are owned by MeadowTrails, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeadowTrails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all qualified leads delivered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
